You're invited to join Phosphor Project Space in welcoming artist Molly Colleen O'Connellfor a performance of her piece Troll Meeting,
which will take place within the Remnants exhibition on September 6, 2018 at 7:00pm.
Troll Meeting
is a public summit led by a troll guru who is half conspiracy theorist, half motivational speaker, and half pied piper indoctrinating the audience into various beliefs including the planet being taken over by reptiles, the exhilaration of anonymity, and buying condo space on the moon.
MOLLY COLLEEN O'CONNELL
is an interdisciplinary artist based in Chicago, IL. Through sculptural installation, video, and comedic performance, she mixes unbelievable truths and strange fictions to create a world of perverted feminist hallucinations. MCO received her BFA at the Maryland Institute College of Art and her MFA at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Her work has been performed, screened and exhibited at the Museum of Contemporary Art (Chicago), AALA Gallery (Los Angeles), Evening Hours (New York), Waiting Room Gallery (Tokyo), Thalia Hall (Chicago), MOHS Exhibit (Copenhagen), and sophiajacob (Baltimore).
